Its very large terrace with a spectacular sea view, and its swimming pool and jacuzzi will delight you.
A second terrace on the second floor and its pergola await you for a drink at sunset. The large 5000m2 plot of land with trees and a lush tropical garden is the perfect place to relax.
The private parking for 5 cars is also very convenient.
It has everything you need for an unforgettable vacation.
This villa is located on top of a hill in a private and secured domain with 3 houses and is only an 8-minute drive away from the center of Las Terrenas village.
Las Terrenas is known for its exuberant vegetation, its wild beaches, its nature, and its friendly people. Las Terrenas has many foreign residents: Quebecers, French, Italians, Swiss, Americans, Belgians….

THE RENTAL INCLUDES:
Gas and water, daily cleaning service, concierge on site from 9 am to 5 pm
Air conditioning is only available in the bedrooms, the electricity consumption of the A/C will be charged separately.

LAS TERRENAS
Las Terrenas is a small village by the sea, located in the province of Samana in the Dominican Republic. The trade winds and warm subtropical temperatures of the region create a mild climate, with average temperatures of 77 degrees throughout the year and a temperature variation of only a couple of degrees between winter and summer.
The magnificent beaches of Las Terrenas are the main tourist attraction. The golden and soft sand, the incredible coconut trees, and the crystal clear waters are ideal to relax or to practice various water sports.
Enjoy the local gastronomy, with delicious dishes prepared with fresh ingredients, and fish and shellfish caught directly on site.
There is a multitude of activities, we recommend visiting the Salto del Limon waterfall, going on a horseback ride, or doing one of the various ATV excursions.
