The only thing I did not like while... read more staying there is we had the cleaning people inside the house when I requested not to, specially because I am the type of person who cleans after everything I do, the owner said it was not exception not to have them there. I felt like the concierge was watching everything we were doing, I did not feel privacy having them inside the place. I would suggest to have them stay outside in the back yard not in the kitchen where we were talking and wanted to be alone enjoying in between family. I have been in other villas and usually we have the concierge greeting us and giving contact info for any needs. Other than the privacy topic , this place is great to stay at I definitely recommend it.

  Lise Anne Et Didier were wonderful guests. They were very clear communicating with the group prior and during check-in. The house rules were communicated with us as soon as we... read more checked in and the process and tour of the house was extremely smooth. We really enjoyed the kitchen as we used it several times during our stay. The concierge and security guard were very helpful when we needed certain things like where to find the nearest grocery.
We had a pleasant stay and therefore would be happy to stay in this house again.

Karena cooked breakfast for us and also got us connected with her husband Felix which guided us to all the nearby excursions (saltó el limón, Cayó Levantado, horseback riding). I would definitely seek this location for my next trip to Las Terrenas.

  Our stay at Lise Anne's place was everything we wished for! The pictures don't even do it justice, this place is even more beautiful in person. We loved the house... read more and amenities. The service was great! Lise Anne was very attentive and responsive and so was the concierge Antonio. We had security 24/7 and never felt unsafe. And the VIEWS OMG! You truly have the most beautiful view at BELLA VISTA! Perfect location, close to the heart of Las Terrenas and the beach at El Portillo, only a 10 min drive to both. It's hard to come up with anything bad to say about our stay. If anything, just be careful going up the hill as it is very steep and there's a cliff right when you reach the top to turn right to find the house. Overall, we LOVED everything about this house! And are already planning our next stay. 100% RECOMMENDED!

There were... read more two maids, a guard in the morning and one at night. This house has an amazing view and is up at the top of a hill, so the road that leads to the house is super steep and dark, so we didn’t like going up the road at night or when it rained, because it was slippery for cars. However, all the taxis know the area and go up and down that road without a problem, but if you’re renting a car, be careful. I recommend you go to salto el Limón, playa rincón, los haitises, Cayo levantado and as many beaches as you can… so worth it! We had a party of 10, including 4 kids and they had a blast. The Pool area was our hang out spot and we would leave during the day and come back early enough to enjoy the pool, put some music on and cook. Make sure you go to the supermarket, and cook, because the food is a bit overpriced at the restaurants… also, the maids can cook for you for a fee. Overall a great experience!

The Villa also provides a large Bluetooth speaker to create the perfect ambiance while enjoying the beauty of the outdoor space. There was a security guard on the grounds every night and a grounds keeper who maintained the pool on a daily basis. It’s a little tricky to find and get to because it’s located on a curvy mountain. The road/driveway leading up to the house is very steep but worth it. I highly recommend this place.
