The house was well kept and definitely newer than the other nearby villas. There contact person on-site Antonio was extremely helpful and a security guard was there with you in property all night!

Beautiful views, private, and peaceful. Just a short drive to Las Terrenas Beach and various restaurants.

The road is STEEP and narrow, make sure you are ready for that.

It is a bit confusing to get there but make sure you contact Lise Anne or Antonio because they can accommodate you and even meet you in a more accessible area to get to the villa.

Only downside was the new... read more construction happening next to the Villa which woke us up a couple of mornings, and they emphasize no speakers and no loud music but on our last night before having to leave early in the morning the neighbors had a huge party with a dj that lasted all night and into the morning. We left at 7am and the party was still going. This was not the fault of the host by any means and she was very apologetic about it. All in all I would definitely rent this villa again as it was amazing with a lot of space and very clean!

The area is so beautiful, close to the beach by car. There are many restaurants in case you don’t feel like cooking and so many things to do.

We utilized the professional chef, who’s food was delicious, right in the comfort of the villa. There are housekeepers that come every morning, which is very convenient. Antonio, the concierge, was super helpful and friendly. Toby, the security guard, is on the villa grounds so we felt super safe at all times. Lise Anne connected me with a driver, Rafael, since we didn’t rent a car. He was amazing and took us where ever we wanted. He even picked us up from the airport in Santo Domingo.

I will definitely return to this villa in the future! I recommend 100%. You will really enjoy your vacation staying here!

  Great place to stay at. Me and my fam enjoyed the stay and the place is exact as shown in the pics. The only thing I did not like while... read more staying there is we had the cleaning people inside the house when I requested not to, specially because I am the type of person who cleans after everything I do, the owner said it was not exception not to have them there. I felt like the concierge was watching everything we were doing, I did not feel privacy having them inside the place. I would suggest to have them stay outside in the back yard not in the kitchen where we were talking and wanted to be alone enjoying in between family. I have been in other villas and usually we have the concierge greeting us and giving contact info for any needs. Other than the privacy topic , this place is great to stay at I definitely recommend it.
