  My family and I had an amazing time at Lise Anne and Didier’s place. This is the best Villa I have ever been to in the DR! The views... read more were truly amazing. The Villa is huge! 2 floors lots of space and room. Beautiful dining area and lounging areas. The pool was kept so neat and clean. Didier came in the mornings to check if it was adequate for us, testing the water Etc. Two lovely ladies helped us in the kitchen in the mornings and they tidied up and made our beds. A nice gentleman kept watch at night keeping us safe.
Lise Anne and Didier are both very lovely and sweet. Their attention to detail is intangible. Very communicative from the very beginning. They even added a special touch of bringing us an espresso maker when I asked if there was one before we checked in. Lots of recommendations for local to dos and places to eat. You will be so happy to stay here and have a wonderful time!

Wow breath taking views from the upper level of the house overlooking the ocean.
This will be my place to stay whenever I come to Samana.

  Excellent location to unplug and enjoy with family. Will recommend a 4x4 vehicle as the entrance is steep. place was spacious, with beautiful views.

  View & house are stunning: spacious, sweeping views, serene, multiple zones for 2 families, and effective air circulation with no need for A/C (in April). Bedrooms have fabulous views and... read more well-appointed bathrooms. Staff were excellent: friendly, helpful, professional. Hosts were wonderful; responsive, kind, and helpful. Some considerations: the driveway is difficult to find, especially in the dark. The property is located on a fast road away from town; anything off-property (e.g., groceries, beach, restaurants, banking) requires a car (or driver). May not be appropriate for younger children: polished concrete around pool and in house is slippery when wet; interior spiral staircase is open on one side and difficult to navigate; and some of the outside railings on the second floor are very loose(!). Kitchen equipment is limited for those who like to cook. Set careful expectations for working remotely; fine for one person, but if others are using the WiFi it starts to get glitchy.

The road is STEEP and narrow, make sure you are ready for that.

The pool is a nice size for swimming with an... read more area to sit and lounge in addition to the jetted jacuzzi. Plenty of sitting areas for a large group. The Villa also provides a large Bluetooth speaker to create the perfect ambiance while enjoying the beauty of the outdoor space. There was a security guard on the grounds every night and a grounds keeper who maintained the pool on a daily basis. It’s a little tricky to find and get to because it’s located on a curvy mountain. The road/driveway leading up to the house is very steep but worth it. I highly recommend this place.

The kitchen was well stocked with knives, blender, serving dishes, pots, pans, and even some dishes with lids to save our leftovers. Hosts kindly left out fruit for us on arrival. We loved having the daily cleaning service as we stayed a week and in tropical places things get dirty quickly. Lise-Anne was very responsive and had great local recommendations. Would highly recommend!

The path is not paved to get the entrance of the house but it is nothing that it can't be handled. I would totally book this place again! The service was great! Lise Anne was very attentive and responsive and so was the concierge Antonio. We had security 24/7 and never felt unsafe. And the VIEWS OMG! You truly have the most beautiful view at BELLA VISTA! Perfect location, close to the heart of Las Terrenas and the beach at El Portillo, only a 10 min drive to both. It's hard to come up with anything bad to say about our stay. If anything, just be careful going up the hill as it is very steep and there's a cliff right when you reach the top to turn right to find the house. Overall, we LOVED everything about this house! And are already planning our next stay. 100% RECOMMENDED!
